Why zyra is op

As a Zyra player who prefers to let plants deal the damage rather than myself, at what point should I get a Banner of Command? Assuming I lay at least 2 seeds per spell cast, would I also have to have lane or allied pets nearby to be effective?

Ult has huge delay on popup and like I said before can be walked out of it easy now I know instant damage is a problem for people, but there complaining about the popup and not the damage to making damage on pop up wont help since they still stand there long enough to get the pop up. Also in a recent news in the pbe server they ended up gettting a slight update with a small Zyra nerf. And the riot caters to noobs and whiners yet again. Damage is laughable at plants now and well can be ignored now as they are zero threat to anyone.
