Can i arrange my favorites alphabetically

A new tab opens that looks a bit like Explorer. There are folders on the left and bookmarks and folders on the right. Right clicking a bookmark or a folder shows a menu with items like cut, copy, paste, rename and delete. There is a better way. Select a folder of bookmarks in the left panel, then go to the three dots menu at the right side of the blue bar and select Sort by name.

This sorts the selected folder, only that folder, of bookmarks into alphabetical order. It is much easier to find a bookmark when they are in order. Right click a bookmark to access useful functions like Edit, Delete , and Open in tabs or windows. It also appears when you open a new tab too. With the bookmarks sorted into folders and the folder contents in alphabetical order, you will find it easier to locate a bookmark when you need it. Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.

Bookmark websites in Chrome There are several different ways to create a bookmark from the current web page you are viewing: Go to the menu button and select Bookmarks, Bookmark this page. Click the star icon at the right side of the address box. Click and drag the icon at the left side of the address box, often a padlock, and drop it on the Bookmarks bar. Sort the bookmarks bar Bookmarks can become a disorganised muddle on the bookmarks bar, but they can be manually sorted into order by clicking and dragging them around the bookmarks bar and the folder menus.

Just click and hold on a bookmark, then drag it up or down to wherever you want it. Your iPhone gives you the option to mark particular contacts as favorites so you can quickly find them, but the order of the list isn't alphabetized as you create it. If you only have a few favorites, this might not be an issue, but if you have a long list of family members, close friends or important business associates, this can be a problem.

The iPhone, fortunately, does give you an "Edit" feature that helps you manually reorganize your list in alphabetical order.

Tap "Phone" on the home screen, and then tap "Favorites. Press and hold the icon next to the contact you want, and then drag it up or down to reposition it in alphabetical order. In reply to Ironmike19's post on September 26, I cant even get drag and drop to work correctly. It keeps putting the folder into one of the 2 folders I try to put it between.

I thought I would be able to come back to MS for most of my needs but I may have to go back to Chrome for my browser. I need an organize folders option. In reply to CluelessinDallas's post on October 31, Hello, Thank you for your response.

I appreciate your time. Thank you. In reply to A. User's post on November 1, In order to do this in File Explorer, I need to know the filename and location, right? In reply to CluelessinDallas's post on November 1, Hello, Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your patience. User's post on November 2, Thank you, that helps. But now when I do I see that moves that I made in the Edge browser I moved several folders and added one are not reflected in File Explorer. Seems like something is amiss.
