Why is td width not working

By default, a browser will adjust table columns to fit the contents of the table. But first, we need a baseline to compare against. What will the browser do with this table? Thanks, Microsoft I only bring up email because that's what brought me here; I was having this same issue with email. In my case Firefox You can try the "table-layout: fixed;" to your table table-layout: fixed; width: px; px or your desired width.
