Find Tolfdir and ask him about the Augur of Dunlain. He will tell you he supposes the Augur is still in The Midden , an area underneath the college. Head outside and look for a small trap door in the covered section of the courtyard. Head down the hatch into The Midden. Once inside be prepared to encounter a few enemies such as an Ice Wraith or Draugr as you make your way to the Augr. You will eventually come to a door that is locked and requires a key.
